Comments: Matthew hates the name Matthew and so prefers to be called Matt. He was named after Terry's younger brother and has a twin called Timothy. He doesn't mind whether he is Batman, Robin or the person at the computer, as long as he is doing something. He and Tim are exactly identical with black hair and green eyes and they both love practical jokes, they have been known to confuse teachers at their school by swapping seats. At first the school wanted them in different classes, but their parents refused, knowing how close they were to each other. In the future he wants to fight crime, he would also like to become Batman, regardless of Richard's role as the eldest son. Despite their identical looks there is a large difference in Matt and Tim's personalities and likes. Mtt's obssesion with peanut butter and jelly sanwiches drives Tim insane, Matt is also the calmer one of the twins, often having to pull his brother out of situations which Tim's temper has got him into.
