Originally this was #10, then the 6 was added later to make it #106 to look more impressive. The "plot" is that Nice Guy trips over a rock and falls down, and is himself then tripped over in succession by virtually every other character until they're all laying in a big pile. Frightening and Freudian.
Of all the dinosaurs in the comic, for some reason Nice Guy, who is ostensibly a Tyrannosaur, is the one of the few main characters who is called anything other than his dinosaur name (Triceratops, Trachodon, etc.)
