The Zippy character here is not the same as Zippy Zap. This one is an Olive Oyl ripoff. The whole issue, in fact, is a ripoff of a plotline in Bud Sagendorf's daily Popeye comic strip, in which our hero inherits a haunted ship.
According to the splash page info, this Zippy chick is the girlfriend of both Triceratops and Argh. Elementary-school polyamory!
