Hypnotherapy Works For Healthy Weight Loss

How does it work?

 

The hypnotherapist guides you into a state of relaxation and then into hypnosis, a natural state in which your subconscious mind is alert and open to positive suggestions and to making positive changes. 

 

While you are in hypnosis, you are always in control and you can not be made to do anything you do not want to do.  What you will experience, is a deep state of relaxation, not sleep. This is a pleasant experience and when you emerge from hypnosis you will feel much more positive and relaxed.

 

The first session is an opportunity for you and the hypnotherapist to discuss in detail your problem or situation, to identify specific goals, as well as benefits to reaching your goal(s) and barriers that have hindered you in the past from being successful in dealing with this issue. 

 

For example, if you want to lose weight, then you and the hypnotherapist will work together to create positive suggestions that are meaningful to you.  These suggestions will replace negative beliefs and thoughts that have been preventing you from successfully reducing and then maintaining your weight.  At the same time, you will use your imagination to help yourself make the desired changes.

 

As well, your hypnotherapist will teach you self-hypnosis so that you can practise hypnosis at home, helping you to reach your goal of healthy weight loss within the time frame agreed upon.

 

Hypnotherapy can help you to succeed at creating a new healthy and slimmer you.  Just a few sessions and you too could be looking and feeling great or well along the road to attaining your goal.
