Comments: Interesting and profound. I am currently taking a Philosophy and Literature couse at St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada in which we are studying Melville's beautiful tale. This sheds interesting light on the occurances and deeper meaning that are underlying in this work.

Comments: I am only old enough to remember my daddy having the nightmares and hurtful memories of Vietnam. He had the album by SSG Sadler. I now have that album as well as the CD. Thank you for your interpretation of his words. It was his songs that helped me decide to serve. My daddy was very proud. It made his memories worth it.
