Ranger

Children of the woods and fields,
Ranger children all,
Seeking, searching, trying to save
The lives of pilots,
Crashed in the woods.
All our time, all our lives,
We give all our selves
To the search for life.
Strength, courage, honor, and faith,
Skill, training, stamina, and steadfastness,
These are the ingredients
For what we are.
A body, a heart, a mind, a soul,
These are made
To be a Ranger.
Children of the woods and fields,
Trained forever to save lives,
We are Rangers all.
