Darkness
Darkness of hair
Long tresses of curls.
Darkness of warmth.
Darkness of night.
Darkness yields destiny
In daylight dawning
Behind gentle eyes
Of the sky's blue.
Heart within
Holds strength of stone.
Firm in friendship,
Shining truth.
Friendship soaring
High among glittering stars.
Stars of night
Caught in a web
Of silken strands.
Web of emotions,
Commitments,
Binding heart and soul.
Glittering gems
Fallen from the night sky
Shining in twilight gray
Behind his eyes.
Light of mystery.
Light of truth and wisdom,
Softly glowing
With the gentle rhythm
Of a caring heart.
Dark and light
Intermingle.
Blending harmony
Between disparate souls.
Destiny weaving
A tapestry
Of love and trust
Between friends.
