There is
No impossible dream.
There is
No unbeatable foe.
There is
No unbearable sorrow.
We go
Where the strong have to go.
We right
Every rightable wrong.
We love,
Whether near us or far.
We try
"Til we're aching and weary
To reach
Every reachable star.
This is our tast:
To live for the stars,
Bringing hope to the hopeless,
No matter how far.
We fight for the right,
Though with question and pause.
We continue to march into Hell
With no visible cause.
And we know
If we'll only keep on
With this difficult task,
That our minds
Will have some peace and calm
After retirement.
And the world
Will be unchanged by this,
For no men,
Working however hard,
Can stop
With their best bit of effort
The race
For the reachable stars.
There is
No impossible dream.
There is
No unbeatable foe.
There is
No unbearable sorrow.
We go
Where the strong have to go.
We go
Where the strong have to go,
Though the task
Is forever too hard.
We try
"Til we're aching and weary
To reach
Every reachable star;
To reach
Every reachable star,
Though the task
Is forever too hard.
We live
With international races
To the great,
Ever reachable stars.
