Each defined,
Yet undefined,
By the multichrome
Maelstrom,
They swirl and tumble -
Coalesce
Into a brilliant mass -
Then scatter,
Swirl and rise,
Then dip again
To settle a moment
In vivid mosaic.
Rise and swirl -
Scattered wide
On a frigid gale -
The maelstrom.
For Patty - does this suit you, my willful, changeable sister? - with love.
