Joyful day;
The sun has risen,
Bringing hope
For a bright future.
The dark of midnight
Has gone from us,
Sweeping uncertainties
Away in its path.
The sunshine raises
My spirits high,
Washing our future
In light of joy.
In the light of day
I see the wonders
Of a thousand eternities
Spent loving you.
The morning sunlight
Brings joy and hope,
And the warming sunshine
Brings the spring.
Every morning
Of the springtime
Wakes with wonder
In the sunlight.
