Note:
This is Kitten Kay-sung from the beginning of the Humanx novel BLOODHYPE ( c 561 A.A.), when she and her colleague the tolian Porsupah are sent to the planet Repler to track down a source of  a deadly drug ( bloodhype). Kitten , Porsupah, Flinx and the merchant-captain Hammurabi meet the Guardian, the last survivor of the ancient race of the Tar-Aiym, and they have to manage a Class One Emergency.
United Church intelligence agents usually operate covertly; when called upon to appear in a uniform, they wear a regular Peaceforcer uniform with special insignia. All intelligence agents are officers -- the agency has no enlisted personnel.
