Fan Reviews

Mark Morgan (Newport News, Virginia, US) writes "Ranks up there with Rez Band's DMZ and Barnabas' Approaching Light Speed in the I-sure-don't-why-the-hell-it-ain't-platinum department. Blows almost everything released in the eighties away. Totally underrated. Totally Underappericiated. Totally excellent."

Eric Spehar (St Paul, Minnesota, US) writes "This album RAWKS, kinda (actually exactly) like Abominog. These two albums are definitive classic 80's rock. They would make a nice two CD set."

Brad Duren (Oklahoma, US) writes "I love this album, probably more than some other Heep diehards, and I have no reason why except that it just came out during one of those great high school summers of my life. Love is Blind is the only song that doesn't do it for me. Playing for Time would have been a better choice. I made several Heep converts with this album, and I managed to see the band on this tour. Maybe it is nostalgia, but I think it top-notch, just below Abominog."

Todd Pence (Fairfield, VA) writes, "Continuing the course chartered by Abominog, in some places stronger, in others weaker than its predecessor. There seems to be slightly more filler here. The Other Side of Midnight may be the most rockingest thing the band recorded during the eighties."
