Microwave Oven
In the middle of one of the hottest Julys on record, I finally got myself a Microwave Oven. Couldn't resist the price. It somehow reminds me of the kitchen appliances on The Jetsons. LOL

My Murphy Bed
This is a bed that pulls down from the wall. They reached the height of their popularity in the 1920s and 30s, which makes me wonder just how old my apartment actually is!

My makeshift packing carton bookshelf; dark Walnut fine bamboo blinds I backed with cotton fabric to cut down on sun's rays, which during these end of February days begin at sunrise and last till early afternoon
