Day 01: BALIKPAPAN, SAMARINDA, MAHAKAM ( LD)
Upon arrival at Balikpapan airport, meeting service and transfer to Loa Janan, to board houseboat for exciting adventure on Mahakam river. Meals provided and overnight on houseboat.

Day 02: MUARA MUNTAI, MANCONG, TANJUNG ISUY,MUARA PAHU (BLD)
Short sight seeing at Muara Muntai Wooden village, then crossing Jempang Lake by motor canoe to Mancong. During the cruise you could see Rain forest and wildlife at Ohong creek like monkey’s and birds, Upon arrival at Mancong, welcomed with a traditional ceremony by the Dayaq Benuaq, one of the Oldest Dayak Longhouse of East Kalimantan can be found here, Late afternoon by motor canoe to Tanjung Isuy for sightseeing and continue to Houseboat for dinner and overnight. Houseboat will cruise up to Muara Pahu.

Day 03: MUARA PAHU, DOLPHIN & BOLONGAN RIVER, DOWNSTREAM (BLD)
Arrive at Muara Pahu, and visit the information center of RASI, which will give some background information about the last Fresh Water Dolphins at earth.Afterwards we will spot the fresh water dolphins around and move into the Bolongan River to see the Exotic Dayak culture collide with the Flora and Fauna here. Late Afternoon, return downstream to Tenggarong.

Day 04: TENGGARONG, SAMBOJA ORANGUTAN RESERVE (BLD)
Arrive at Tenggarong, visiting the former palace of Sultan Kutai Kertanegara. Where you will see the Sultan's impressive collection of heirlooms, ceramics, Dayak's art and culture items. Afterwards by car to Samboja Rainforest Sungai Wain and Bukit Bankirai for a jungle trek and wildlife observation. The beauty of the exotic flora and fauna of this Natural Reserve with it’s diverse plants, trees, and wild life including Long Nose Monkeys,Orangutans, several bird spieces, Hard wooden Trees, Orchids, and Pitcher plants will fascinate you as being in the Hearth of Borneo.Lunch on the way, dinner and overnight at Jungle Lodge Samboja.

Day 05: SAMBOJA, BALIKPAPAN (B)
Breakfast, trek the jungle trail to spot some wild life and enjoy the atmosphere of the rainforest, until departure transfer to Balikpapan airport for your next destination.


CASCADE THE MAHAKAM RIVER
Tour Duration 06 Days / 05 Nights

Day 01: BALIKPAPAN, SAMARINDA, MAHAKAM ( LD)

Arrive in Melak then drive to Eheng by Jeep / Minibus passing beautiful highland to reach the old longhouse of Dayak Tunjung. Afterwards visit Kersik Luway and explore the forest, if lucky the famous black orchid can be seen. Afternoon to Ombau Asa waterfall, an exciting place for swimming. Return to Melak then board to the houseboat and downstream to Tenggarong.

Day 05: TENGGARONG, SAMBOJA ORANGUTAN RESERVE (BLD)
Arrive at Tenggarong, visiting the former palace of Sultan Kutai Kertanegara. Where you will see the Sultan's impressive collection of heirlooms, ceramics, Dayak's art and culture items. LONGHOUSE & DAYAK CULTURE
Tour Duration 05 Days / 04 Nights

Visit three spectacular historic living longhouses for an insight into the indigenous mountain Dayak lifestyle, traveling overland and by boat.

Day 1: RUNGAN RIVER, TUMBANG MALAHOI (D)
Arrive from Jakarta and embark on an exciting speedboat trip up the Rungan River to Tumbang Malahoi and its longhouse.

Day 2: TEWAH, BATU BANAMA, KAYAHAN RIVER (BLD)
Spend the morning exploring the village and meeting the people Later continue by road to Tewah, taking a detour to Batu Banama, the holy rocky outcrop on the Kahayan River. Stay overnight in Tewah.

Day 3: TUMBANG ANOI, TUMBANG KORIK (BLD)
Continue journey by klotok, or river canoe to Tumbang Anoi. This historic longhouse was the site of the famous meeting of headhunters called by the Dutch over 100 years ago. Later travel to Tumbang Korik, where traditional owners of the longhouse will welcome you to stay.

Day 4: TUMBANG KORIK (BLD)
Remain a full day here, getting to know the village and its surroundings, and join the villagers in their pastimes.

Day 5: DOWNSTREAM KAHAYAN RIVER, PALANGKARAYA (B)
A full day klotok and speedboat journey back to Palangkaraya along the Kahayan River.Transport provided to hotel or airport. Why not enjoy a swim, massage and comfortable night in the Kalimantan Meeting Centre (additional cost) before your return to the urban jungle.


LONGHOUSE ADVENTURE TREK & JUNGLE CAMPING

Tour Duration 05 Days / 04 Nights

Day 1: KATINGAN RIVER, TUMBANG MANGGU (D)
Speedboat journey along the Katingan to Tumbang Manggu village, to a new longhouse of traditional construction, built by traditional Dayak elder, Bp Syaer Sua, whose forebears originated from the ancient, remote Gagu longhouse, which will become the focal point of our adventure.

Day 2: KATINGAN RIVER, GAGU LONGHOUSE (BLD)
Truck, trek and canoe your way to the upper reaches of the Katingan River to discover the isolated longhouse of Gagu, where life and time seemingly stands still.

Day 3: SURROUNDING KATINGAN RIVER, LONGHOUSE (BLD)
Explore this unique ancient longhouse and its surroundings. Overnight in the longhouse and share in the lifestyle and stories of the community.

Day 4: KATINGAN RIVER, JUNGLE CAMP (BLD)
Hike back to Katingan River for your jungle camp overnight.

Day 5: RIAM MANGKIKIT, KASONGAN, PALANGKARAYA (B)
Canoe downriver to the rapids of Riam Mangkikit, a holy Kaharingan site, and continue to Kasongan and return to Palangka Raya by 4WD.


FEASIBLE DAYAK LONGHOUSE

Day 01; PONTIANAK ARRIVAL (D)
Upon arrival at Supadio Airport of Pontianak, transfer to hotel for overnight. Afternoon is free at own leisure.

Day 02; PONTIANAK, KAMPUNG SAHAM (BLD)
Early morning drive to Kampung saham (about 120 kilometers from Pontianak). On the way we will pass many plantations, stop at the historical Taman Juang Mandor, a place where those who strived for freedom were buried as causalities of Dai Nippon’s Navy in the Second World War. Afterwards we proceed to Kampung Saham. Lunch enroute, dinner at Longhouse. Overnight at local house.

Day 03; KAMPUNG SAHAM, PONTIANAK (BLD)
In the morning explore Kendayan’s farm life. After lunch return to Pontianak.


HOST DAYAK LONGHOUSE

Tour Duration 04 Days / 03 Nights

Day 01 : PONTIANAK (D)
Meeting service at the airport on arrival. Transfer to your hotel to check in. Balance of the day, free at leisure.

Day 02 : PONTIANAK, KAMPUNG SAHAM (BLD)
Kampung Saham, situated about 120 kilometres away from Pontianak, is a famous Long House in West Kalimantan. On the way proceed to witness the historical Taman Juang Mandor, a place where those who strived for freedom were buried as casualties of Dai Nippon’s Navy in the second world war. After that we proceed to Kampung Saham. Our trip passes through rubber estates, pepper plantations, paddy fields and scenic countryside. On arrival there in the early afternoon, learn and feel the Kendayan tribe’s life. Dinner will be served in the Long House. Stay overnight on the verandah or in the chief’s room.

Day 03 : KAMPUNG SAHAM – PONTIANAK ( BLD )
In the morning, explore the surrounding or visit Kendayan’s Farm where you can experience yourself the thrill of living in an authentic Kendayan Long House. Watch the Kendayan working in their farm. After lunch, return to Pontianak.

Day 04 : DEPARTURE ( B)
Free program in the morning untill time you are transferred to the airport for departure to your next destination.
