RUSTY EGAN whith STEVE STRANGE

Rusty is one of London´s great characters,  a copper-haired kid,  a non-stop talker, who in his time had been a record company messenger boy and aspiring drummer.  His parents had run an Irish showband,  which was where he learnt to play.  I remember my first meeting with Rusty at a Jam gig at the Red Crow pub in Hammersmith around spring 1977. He was so loud I could hear him talking about me from across the bar,  ´It´s that guy again,  ooo always looks great´´                                                                     Steve Strange - Blitzed
