CREAM PUFF PASTRY

1 cup water

½ cup butter

1 cup all purpose flour

4 large eggs

Bring water and butter to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat to low.  Add flour, and beat with a wooden spoon until mixture leaves sides of pans.  Remove from heat.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating until mixture is smooth.
