By coincidence, a boy named Xiao Ze A discovered a little girl at the front gate of a monastery where he himself is staying. He took her to the office of the nunnery and finally she was admitted to the institution. She is later referred to as Bottle Cap, because whenever somebody opens a bottle, its cap becomes useless. Then the time came for Xiao Ze A to leave Bottle Cap for he was adopted, but left a promise to come back for her. Time went by and Bottle Cap waited and waited for him to return, but to her utter disappointment he never showed up.
Many years passed, and finally Xiao Ze A was able to come back to the nunnery only to find out, to his devastation, that the monastery where he had left behind Bottle Cap has been transformed into a commercial building.
