West Street embraces a great number of people, different races, different teenagers hanging around and chasing their dreams. This is where anything can happen. Where a nobody can be a hero. Where the youth that seem useless to the world can make a difference. This is the one place that they can be what they are. Either be the worst person on earth or just exactly be the opposite. They discarded the superstition that ignorant adults have in the world and taught how to live in the real world. They started becoming a nameless heroes in the darkness. However, this group of heroes are, after all, still young and once in awhile they wound up in trouble. As a result, grabbing hold of their baseball bats and fighting with other youngsters is something that they just can't avoid!

You Ya Yu:
Doesn't know who his father is, only has a mother, Lan Lan, that never grows up and maintains her maiden heart and feelings! He really wants to know who his father is but each time that he would open his mouth to ask, Lan Lan would burst out crying! The more secret it is, the more curious Ya Yu gets! Who is his father? Unconsciously, he always gets influenced by this matter, including his studies and his love!

Xing Wang:
Xing Wang's father is super rich, he and his father's relationship is not very good! Even though at his young age, he has won the whole world, yet later, with regards to family love, he is super poor! The year that he is 17 years old, he has obtained academic achievements but at the same time, he lost his mother! He suddenly snapped out of it and realizes that he has been lacking in family love! Lan Yu Li:
Yu Li comes from a well-educated family. Her father was a doctor who later returns to school to do research on knowledge. In recent years, he has been invited to take on the responsibility of being the Principal for a famous school. Yu Li has studied in an all girls' school since she was young, she has all along lived a simple and pure life. Towards the complications of society and the love between boy and girl, she appears to be naïve as well as a bit childish. In the eyes of the people on the side, they would feel that she is very straightforward and cute.

Shen Yin He:
She loves her mother the most, but unfortunately, her mother passed away 3 years ago due to cancer. Left behind was her father who always drinks and also 7 younger brothers and sisters. She's smart, loves to learn and has always been a very gifted student, but life goes against her. Some people even thought that she, at sometime in the past, must have been violated by a male and some even points to her father as the culprit! He's innocent! Actually Jiao Mei comes from a very strong and normal family, both her father and mother are entrepreneurs, intellectual people, extremely open-minded; in fact Jiao Mei doesn't have any resentfulness toward her parents either! So, why does she dress up as a boy? It's just because she likes it!

Wang Xing Jie:
Xing Jie and his father's relationship is particularly good. When he was young, because his mother cheated all of the neighborhood’s money and ran away, so from then on, he and his father takes care of and depends on each other. There are some times when Xing Jie would display that he doesn't really respect females, but actually it is because he feels sorry for his father!

Feng Ai Sen:
Ai Sen also comes from a happy family. But because he is actually a person with very high wisdom that can't be measured - yet because "genius and idiot has a small difference between it", that's why he has always been believed to be an idiot!
