| I was on a month to month lease, never late with my rent , never a problem, I was ready to move out the 4th so I gave them my 30 days notice on the 4th of the month. I had to pay for another months beacuse the fine print on the contract says so. (If anyone could understand it) it was only a couple days but I'm told it's company policy |
