CHIAROSCURO: The location of an excellent Spike/Buffy series. Miss Murchison has taken their relationship to places that haven't been properly explored until now, and the stories possess an enduring thread of compassion, hope and growth that make them satisfying and intriguing reads. Go here for the Spike/Buffy you really want to see.
NAUTIBITZ: I love Nauti's fic, and chances are you do too. But if you haven't come (hehe) across her yet, you're missing out on some of the most entertaining, humorous and sexy fanfic in existence. Read, and then offer Nauti massive amounts of oral appreciation. She deserves it. And maybe she'll write about it later.
ALL ABOUT SPIKE: Quickly becoming the definitive site for Spike fiction. The quality of the archive is amazing -- drinkthepoison has an excellent and discerning eye. Her description is better than any I could come up with: "The fiction on this site is very carefully selected. I've tried to include only the most thought-provoking, entertaining, and well-written stories. I want to focus on fiction that explores Spike's ambiguities, not fiction that simply paints him as a white hat." And there are pairings other than Spike/Buffy, which is a refreshing change.
THE FIRST EVIL'S LIVEJOURNAL: Wondering what The First is up to when he's not torturing soulless vampires or shape-shifting into beloved (and sometimes not-so-beloved) secondary characters? Now you can keep track of your favorite manifestation of malice.
ALL ABOUT THE PINING: ANNE HEDONIA'S FICTION:This link takes you to her BtVS stories, but she also writes X-Files fic. I can't recommend her Spike/Tara story 'Done to Death' highly enough.
MIZJAIN.ORG: Jainie G.'s lovely site: fanfic, videos, and pretty, pretty pictures.
THE BUFFY CROSS & STAKE: Whenever I have a question about the show -- quotes, or episodes, or anything -- this is where I go. It's incredibly comprehensive and very cleanly laid out.
MR. MONKEYBOTTOMS' DIARY: mr. monkeybottoms is one of the funniest people I know, on- or offline. Read her fic (and don't forget the disclaimers -- they're as hysterical as the stories), read her blog (October 20th entry: Why The Devil Is Really Scary!), read her FAQ ("Where are my pants?"). It's all good. And check out her picture. Whoo-mama!
