Kanhupatra was a daughter of a prostitute. She was a great devotee of Panduranga. She was extremely beautiful and was good at dance. A muslim badshah sent his soldiers to catch her and bring her to his harem. She went to Vitthal Mandir and offered her life to Panduranga before the soldiers could catch her. |
