Sant Namdev Maharaj was a colleague of Sant Dnyandev Maharaj. He went to Punjab to spread the teachings of the Varkari Tradition. He composed hindi abhangs titled Namdev ki Mukhbani. These abhangs are a part of Shri Gurugranth Saheb.
