Meg comes home. Ben: Where were you?

Meg: I was in South Bay doing tests and then I went to take a walk on the beach. Why? You think I might have gone to Ricardo?

Ben: No. I know what you did was in fragile state and I hurt you. So Meg, can we put this aside and start again?

Meg: Are you sure? What if baby is Ricardo’s?

Ricardo: I am glad you let me stay in here.

Antonio: Well since you don’t have your apartment anymore, you are more then welcome to stay here.

Gabi: Yes. We both like it. And I am sure Casey and Sara won't mind.

Ricardo: Where are they anyway?

Sara is closing THE SHOCKWAVE. Casey comes behind her and kisses her neck.

Sara: Umm… is this my sweet husband?

Casey: Of course… who would that be? Why are you closing?

Sara: Mom and dad went with Craig home. He had a fight and he was hurt, but I guess he will be ok.

Jack: He will be fine.

Joan: Thank God! I was so worried.

Hank: Doctor, could he have some side effects?

Jack: Well I don’t think he should. Maybe some headaches but nothing serious.

Joan: Well good night then…

Joan follows Jack out and Hank stays with Craig. Craig opens his eyes.

Hank: Son, how do you feel?

Craig: Oh… my head… Where am I?

Hank: You are here at home.

Craig: Oh… I remember. That guy Leo… he pushed me. We were fighting about Emily and… (Stops)

Hank: What?

Craig: I remember!

Hank: You just said that.

Leo comes in.

Leo: My God! What if something happens to Craig?

AJ: So it was you?

Leo: Dad! When did you get back?

Jamie: You know… ever since I got out of hospital, I was with you. I haven't spent any time with my family.

Ken: I am sure that they will understand.

Ken kisses her.

Jamie: I think I should go now.

Ken: I will drive you.

They exit.

Hank: What? You remember everything? I mean… Emily?

Craig: Yes! I remember! Dad, finally!

Joan: What has happened? Dr. Boyd just went home. Craig, honey…

Craig: Mom, I remember! I remember everything!

Joan: Emily?

Hank: Yes.

Joan: I think that’s great, but why are you so happy because of this? I mean… Emily?

Craig: I love her, mom!

Hank: Son, what are you going to do? Are you planing to seduce Emily and bringing her back?

Ben: If the baby is Ricardo’s then… I don’t know, Meg. I love you and I don’t know what would I do if we found out that I wasn’t the father of your baby.

Meg: Ben how did this happen to us?

Ben: I don’t know.

Ben hugs Meg and kisses her. Then he takes her upstairs and they make love.

Ricardo: Well who would say that three of us would live together?

Antonio: Well I am glad that we are brothers.

Ricardo: I am glad to, T.

Gabi: So, Ricardo, have you found anyone yet? I mean in Santa Monica.

Ricardo: Oh my God! Sam!

Ricardo runs somewhere.

Gabi: What was this about?

Antonio: I don’t know. Maybe he did. But don’t you think we shouldn’t talk about love with him, right now?

Gabi: Well I thought he is over me and that he has accepted that we are together.

Antonio: He maybe did, but I think he’s not ready to talk about that.

Gabi: OK, Antonio. What ever you say.

Antonio: Uh… it’s getting late. You should go to sleep.

Gabi: Only if you join me.

Antonio: I will. Soon… I have to talk to Ricardo first.

Gabi: OK. Don’t take long.

Gabi wheels herself to her room.

Antonio: And now, Ricardo… we need to talk.

Craig: I won't haunt Emily anymore. I know she loves Sean. Don’t worry.

Hank: I am glad you realized that.

Joan: Yes. There would be so much problems if you continued to haunt Emily. And since we just finished with one crisis we don’t need another one.

Jamie and Ken come in.

Jamie: Hey, guys! What happened to you?

Craig: Nothing serious.

Hank: Hello, Ken.

Ken: Hello, Mr. Cummings.

They shake hands. Then Sara and Casey walk in.

Joan: Well we just need Ben and Meg and our whole family will be here.

Sara: Oh, no! Don’t call Meg. I think she has plenty things to discuss with Ben.

Meg and Ben finished with lovemaking.

Meg: I missed this.

Ben: I missed it to. I just wish that Ross had never killed himself.

Meg: Yes… Then you would never go to see Maria and you would never kiss her and I wouldn’t have slept with Ricardo.

Ben: Yeah. Meg, if the baby is mine… I would like to forget all this and… move away from Sunset Beach. What do you say? Are you ready to leave?

Leo: Dad!

AJ: Answer me!

Leo: Yes! I hit him! So what now?

AJ: Leo, what has happened to you? You were never like this. First you want to break up Sean and Emily then you have a fight… I mean… son, did something happen in Europe?

Leo: Nothing happened! Now leave me alone.

AJ: You see, my Leo would never say this to me.

Leo: So what are you saying?

AJ: That you are not my Leo.

Jack comes home. Paula is sitting and reading.

Jack: Hey!

Paula: Hi. How was your day?

Jack: Hard-working.

He kisses her. He sits next to her.

Paula: I have made you dinner.

Jack: It’s too late for that. I need to talk to you about something.

Paula: What?

Jack: Ricardo.

Ricardo hangs up and Antonio walks in.

Antonio: So did you find that girl you were looking for?

Ricardo: No. She’s not home or she is sleeping.

Antonio: Aha. Look, Ricardo we need to talk. I don’t know about you, but this… everything that has happened is just torturing me.

Ricardo: What do you mean?

Antonio: This thing with Gabi…

Ricardo: I don’t want to talk about it.

Antonio: Yes, you do! We need to talk! I never wanted this, but my feelings for Gabi were much stronger.

Ricardo: OK, we will talk, but after I eat something.

Antonio: OK, I will go buy you something, cause we are empty.

Ricardo: You don’t have to go and buy me…

Antonio: I want to. Wait a second here.

Antonio takes the money and leaves.

Antonio: Now let see if Ricardo will go see Gabi.

Joan: Sara, can I see you in the kitchen?

Sara: Sure, mom.

Sara and Joan go to the kitchen.

Joan: How are things between Ben and Meg?

Sara: Well… Meg went to see Tyus today and she took this test. So now we’ll all find out who the father is.

Joan: I can't believe that Meg has got herself into this.

Sara: Why? Do you think Meg is faultless?

Joan: No! It’s just that I thought that she loves Ben so much she couldn’t even consider to sleep with someone else. Especially Ricardo Torres.

Sara: I know. It was a shock for me to. But daddy doesn’t know yet. Not Craig or Jamie. When are we going to tell them?

Joan: We won't tell them anything!

Sara: Dad, Craig and Jamie have right to know what’s going on!

Hank: And what is going on, honey?

Meg: Ben… I don’t think we should leave. We can have a good life here.

Ben: Are you sure? I mean, Maria is here and so is Ricardo.

Meg: I know. I can live with Ricardo, but can you live with Maria?

Ben: Of course I can. Don’t worry. Maria and I don’t have any love feelings for each other. She has Billy and I have you.

Meg: But you will always have Benjy.

Ben: And we will have a baby to!

Meg: I hope so. I really do.

Meg hugs Ben.

Leo: What are you saying? That I am some evil twin like in soap? Dad, we’re not in Days of our Lives!

AJ: No, we are in Sunset Beach! I mean that you are not the Leo that went from Sunset Beach.

Leo: I am! I am just in love!

AJ: How could you fell in love with someone if you haven't even seen her?

Leo: I did! And if you don’t believe me that is your problem. Now would you just let me go to bed?

AJ: Fine! Go!

Leo goes to his room.

AJ: I will find out what has happened.

Leo: Dad is getting really suspicious.

Leo’s cell phone rings.

Leo: Yeah? Oh, it’s you! Well the plan is not going so well.

Paula: I thought we discussed it.

Jack: Not enough. We thought Ricardo went out of town, but he hasn’t.

Paula: No?

Jack: No. He is here. I found out in hospital.

Paula: And?

Jack: And I know you still love him and that you haven't forgotten about him.

Paula: Look, I do love Ricardo! But I also love you, Jack. Why don’t you believe me?

Jack: I don’t know. There is this piece of me that still has doubts.

Paula: Well then let me show you.

Paula kisses Jack passionately.

They start to make love.

Ricardo walks in Gabi’s room and sees her taking some pills.

Ricardo: You are still on medications?

Gabi: Yes. I have to. Where is Antonio?

Ricardo: He went to get something to eat.

Gabi: Oh…

Ricardo: Gab, don’t be afraid. I won't try to seduce you or anything like that. I think I am over you now.

Gabi: Really?

Ricardo: Yeah. You see… I met this girl in Santa Monica. She is so beautiful. Her name is Samantha.

Gabi: Is that who you were calling now?

Ricardo: Yes, but I couldn’t reach her. I think she is sleeping. And you see, I really like her. And I wanted to be with her, but then this news about Meg came and I had to come back.

Gabi: Have you straighten things out with Meg and Ben?

Ricardo: Pretty much.

Gabi: So what will you do if the baby is yours?

Ricardo: I will give Meg all my support in all ways. I even suggested marriage.

Gabi: Marriage? Meg would never leave Ben.

Ricardo: I know. I am glad. Cause I was thinking on going back to Santa Monica after this.

Gabi: So you would be leaving again?

Ricardo: Probably.

Gabi: I will miss you.

Antonio is going home. It’s really dark. Suddenly two guys come.

Guy1: Hello, hello! What does a pretty guy like you doing here at this time of night?

Antonio: Hello, guys. Look I don’t want trouble. I just want to go home.

Guy1: A-a! Not so fast!

Antonio: Look, I don’t have any money left!

Guy2: Who says we want money?

Guys take their knives out.

Antonio: Ok, maybe I do have some money.

Guy2: I said we don’t want money!

Guy2 stabs Antonio in the stomach.

Antonio: Aa…

Guy1 kicks Antonio and then they take his watch and money and they run away. Antonio lies there lifeless.

Joan: Hank…

Jamie: Hey, what took you so long? You need help?

Hank: No, honey, I think they are having a secret.

Joan: What? We have no…

Sara: Oh, stop it, mom! They have a right to know!

Joan: Sara…

Sara: No, it’s enough! I know this is Meg’s problem but they have a right to know.

Jamie: Meg has problems?

Sara: Daddy, Jamie… Meg had an affair with Ricardo a couple of months ago and this baby could be his… and not Ben!

Hank and Jamie are shocked.

Jack and Paula are making love.

Paula: Umm… Ricardo…

Jack looks at Paula and she stops kissing him when she realizes what she said.

Richards’ house

Gregory and Olivia are sitting on the terrace and having breakfast. Sean comes.

Sean: Good morning!

Olivia: Good morning, darling.

Sean: How is Caitlin?

Gregory: Great! She has finally got her senses! She and Cole had a fight.

Sean: What?

Olivia: Caitlin didn’t know what she was talking! She kicked Cole out of her room and your father is gloating now.

Sean: As usual. But I know when Cait recovers she and Cole will go back together.

Olivia: Yes, I think that to.

Gregory: Well I don’t think that! I don’t think that at all!

Caitlin is sitting in her room.

Caitlin: Why did I do that? I love Cole. And he did this because he loves me. And I will be fine and I will go back to him. I will… soon.

Cole comes to Elaine’s grave and puts a rose on it.

Cole: Mom… I miss you so much. I need you so much. Now that I have problems with Caitlin, I need your advice. I need your help. Please help me!

Bette: Maybe I can help you, Dimples.

Cole: Bette! I didn’t know you were here.

Bette: I came to see my friend. Oh, Cole… I am so sorry because of this with Beauty. Caitlin does not deserve this. But you can always talk to me.

Cole: Oh, Bette…

Cole hugs Bette.

Cole: I need someone now… someone that I can trust.

Jack is ready for work, when Paula comes with her suitcases.

Jack: What are you doing?

Paula: Well after you left our bed last night, I assumed you want me out.

Jack: You are wrong! You are staying!

Ricardo: What the hell is going on? Why isn't anyone telling us?

Gabi: Calm down! Antonio will be ok. He has to!

Carmen: Of course my son will be ok. He won't die.

Ricardo: Mama, you don’t know that.

Carmen: Of course I do! I saw it in my tarots!

Ricardo: Mama…

Gabi: Rae! Tell us some good news.

Rae: I wish, Gabi. But I have to tell you some bad news… Antonio is dying.

Gabi cries, Carmen is in shock just like Ricardo.

Jude and Brooke are there. Billy and Maria walk in.

Jude: Thanks for coming so fast.

Billy: It’s ok.

Jude: Maria, were there some problems with Benjy?

Maria. No, I found a babysitter. Some girl… Marina I think.

They all prepare to begin.

Annie is sitting alone and drinking vodka.

Annie: It’s over… I lost him. I lost Jude. Forever…

Voice: Maybe not.

Annie turns around to see AJ.

Cole: I love Caitlin and you know that. Bette, I can't stand being so far away from her… sleeping alone at night. I want her back. I want her back to me.

Bette: I know, Cole. But she needs to be there and she will be until she fully recovers.

Cole: I know. But what if…

Bette: No, no! Don’t even think about that. Beauty will recover! Soon! I promise you that.

Cole: You can't promise me that.

Bette: OH, but I can! You see I know everything!

Bette laughs and Cole laughs to.

Bette: Great! I finally made you laugh!

Cole: Yes, you did. I haven't laughed in years.

Bette: You need to be happy, Cole, cause Caitlin will be ok! Oh, and I know someone who needs someone to talk just as much as you do.

Cole: Who?

Bette: Olivia.

Sean: Well since dad is in this "Cole and Caitlin will break up" mode, I think I’ll go to school fast.

Olivia: Oh, Sean, when do you have school today?

Sean: In two hours. But I think I’ll go right away. I can't stand to be in this house. Bye, mom.

Sean leaves.

Olivia: Gregory…

Gregory: Olivia, I didn’t do anything to him now! I admit I was a little bit harsh on Sean before but now… I can believe in some things that he doesn’t. If he doesn’t believe that Cole and Caitlin will break up, that’s his problem.

Olivia: I know, but don’t you think you are going little too fast with this? You don’t know if Cole and Cait will break up.

Gregory: Oh, I do know, Livvy! I do know.

Olivia: If you say so, darling. I will be in my room doing some regulation on my look.

Olivia goes and Gregory yells after her.

Gregory: I will go to the office now! I’ll see you for launch?

Olivia (from in side the house): OK!

Sean exits.

Tiffany: Sean! Can we talk?

Sean: We have nothing to talk about.

Tiffany: Please!

Sean: What do you want?

Tiffany: I want to talk about us.

Paula: I thought…

Jack: Paula, I know you still love Ricardo and that’s the reason why you called his name last night, but I am ready to make you love me again!

Paula: Jack… don’t you see? I can't love anyone but Ricardo.

Jack: No! I don’t believe that! I know you can love me and I am ready to give us a shot.

Paula: OK, if you say so.

Paula and Jack hug.

Gabi: What?

Carmen: Dios Mio! How can that be?

Rae: Calm down! He won't die if we give him a big transfusion of blood. But he has really rare blood type and we don’t have as much as we need so we need you, Carmen to give it to him.

Carmen: Yo? (Me?)

Rae: Yes, you! You are his mother.

Carmen: No, I can't give him my blood!

Everyone looks at Carmen.

Annie: AJ, what do you want?

AJ: Annie, Annie… you are giving up too easy.

Annie: What?

AJ: Yes. Do you really think you lost Jude forever?

AJ: Well maybe I want to help you. You told me all about Gregory and you will sue him if I get you Jude, right?

Annie: Right.

AJ: So, I am telling you… go there and stop the wedding. You can still have Jude.

Father Ryan: We are gathered here so we could put these two together, Jude and Brooke. Before we continue I have to ask… is there anyone here who thinks that these two can't get married?

Camera shows Jude and Brooke’s faces.

Sean: I know what she has done! And I am glad she did it cause she saw the real you! Thank God, I did to, little too late but I did!

Tiffany: Don’t say that. Please! Sean, listen! What happened that day was a mistake. I should have never done that to Emily and you, and I am sorry.

Sean: Well you should have thought about that that day.

Sean is about to leave when Tiffany yells.

Tiffany: If you leave me now, I’ll go and jump under some car and kill myself!

Olivia is sitting in her room in front of the mirror. She is putting some make up on and suddenly she sees Cole in the mirror.

Olivia: Cole! What are you doing here?

Cole: I came to talk, Olivia. Bette told me you need to talk to someone just as much as I do.

Olivia: Yes. But I don’t think it should be you. Why didn’t she come?

Cole: I don’t know. She had to go to work. Olivia, please. We both love Caitlin and I know we can help each other. And then when she gets out we can all be happy.

Olivia: Are you sure, Cole?

Cole remembers the last time he and Olivia were alone… with Trey when they kissed.

Olivia: Cole? What are you thinking about?

Cole: You know, maybe you are right. Maybe this wasn’t a good idea.

Cole starts to leave. Olivia grabs his hand.

Olivia: No! Stay!

Gabi: Carmen, what are you talking about? Of course you’ll donate blood for Antonio. Your son!

Carmen: You don’t have to tell me that, Gabi! I can't give blood for Antonio.

Ricardo: Mama, don’t you think it’s time?

Carmen: Ah, Mi Hijo! Ah… I can't believe it!

Gabi: What are you talking about? Ricardo?

Ricardo: Look Gabi… you don’t understand.

Gabi: What don’t I understand? That your mother can help her son and she doesn’t want to?

Ricardo: It’s not that she doesn’t want to, she can't!

Rae: Look, you have to hurry. We need some blood in couple of hours.

Ricardo: I’ll go find someone that has his blood match.

Jack and Paula make love.

Father Ryan: I repeat! Does anyone in this church have something against this marriage?

Everyone is quiet.

AJ comes in.

AJ: Hello, Gregory. Welcome back to work. But not as the majority owner.

Gregory: Very funny, AJ.

AJ: I’m sorry, but I just can't help it. You always wanted to ruin me and defeat me and now I am beyond you.

Gregory: Don’t worry, it’s not for long.

AJ: Oh are you sure?

Gregory: Oh, I am positive. You see AJ, there are some things about this company that you don’t know. So you will make a mistake and you will fail and then I will come back and ruin you forever!

AJ: We’ll see about that, Gregory.

Gregory: I always win, AJ. One way or the other, but I win. And I will win this time to.

Cole: You want me to stay? (Olivia nods) Then I’ll stay.

Cole sits on Olivia’s bed.

Cole: You asked me what was I thinking about right now. Well I was thinking about that kiss that we shared couple of months earlier.

Olivia: Yes that was a mistake. If Cait finds out about that, it would crush her again.

Cole: Yes. But I know Bette won't tell her. And neither will you or I.

Olivia: Of course.

Cole: But you see, Olivia, even though I know it was a mistake, there is something that is pulling me to you, now more then ever.

Olivia: Cole! Don’t say that! You feel that way because we have a son and because you haven't made love in a while. So you need love now and…

Cole puts a finger across Olivia’s mouth.

Cole: Don’t say anything…

Cole and Olivia just look at each other.

In front of Richards’ house

Sean: You wouldn’t do that!

Tiffany: Oh, no? Well just leave and you’ll have to watch live "ER" here only this time Dr. Green won't be able to save his victim.

Sean: You are crazy, you know that? Maybe you should be in sanatorium and not Caitlin.

Tiffany: I am crazy, Sean! Crazy about you!

Sean: Hmm… I could never love you again, Tiff. I love Emily and there is nothing that can break up apart.

Tiffany: I won't be so sure about that.

Sean: Well just watch.

Sean leaves and Tiffany runs on the road.

Jude: Annie…

Brooke: Oh God! What are you doing here? I don’t remember that I have sent you an invitation card.

Annie: Shut up, you boyfriend stealer!

Brooke: Oh shut up! I know all about your stealing past!

Jude: Both of you, just…

Father: Please! You are in House of God! You can't act like this. Now who are you?

Annie: I am Annie Douglas Richards and I am former fiancée of Jude Cavanaugh.

Maria: Annie, why don’t you just leave?

Annie: Maria? You here? What… how could you do this to me?

Maria: Billy was Jude’s best man and I needed to come with him.

Annie: I can't believe this! (Turns to Jude and starts crying) Please… I love you and you love me and you know you won't be happy with her. You know that! Are you ready to give up your life and happiness just to be close to your baby? You can have Rachel, she can live with us. Many kids live with separate parents. Brooke, why are you doing this? I have never done anything to you!

Brooke: Oh no? You took Jude away from me!

Annie: That is not true! Jude and you were already divorced when he came here!

Brooke: Well anyway…

Jude: Shut up! Shut up, both of you!

Everyone shuts up.

Jude: I love you to, Annie. Do you really think that Rachel could live with us?

Annie: Yes. Gregory… he would help. Or maybe not. But there is so many other lawyers. Like my Uncle Charles!

Brooke: Jude, what are you doing?

Jude: So that mean it would take long on court until we win.

Annie: Not that long. But we can go through that. We can go through anything when we are together.

Jude: Are you sure?

Annie: Yes!

Jude kisses Annie.

Father: Oh my God…

Brooke: What…

Maria: I think you lost.

Brooke: Shut up!

Jude: Father? I don’t want to marry Brooke anymore. I want to marry the only woman I have ever loved… Annie.

Annie smiles and Maria does to. Brooke is furious.

Sean saves Tiffany from another car but they fall on the ground. Sean fells on Tiffany.

Tiffany: You saved me! You love me! Thank you!

Sean: NO…

Tiffany: I knew it!

Tiffany kisses Sean just when Emily arrives to pick up Sean and sees them.

Bette comes to see Caitlin.

Bette: Hi, Beauty!

Caitlin: Bette! I am so glad you came to see me. Did you see Cole? Is he mad at me? I really didn’t mean to do what I did. It just that I am under all this medications and sometimes I don’t know what I am talking about.

Bette: I know, Beauty. And he knows it to. You look great! Soon you will be out again with all of us.

Caitlin: I hope so. And then I’ll be with Cole again and nothing will break us again.

Olivia: What are we doing?

Cole: Just relax.

Olivia: Cole, I want to this! You are my daughter’s husband!

Cole kisses Olivia and they fell on bed.

Gregory enters.

Gregory: Olivia?

Gregory starts to go upstairs.

Gabi: You don’t have to go anywhere! The blood for Antonio is here! In your mother.

Carmen: Like I said… I can't give blood!

Gabi: Why? Are you sick or what?

Carmen: No, I am not Antonio’s mama!

Gabi is shocked.
