Here is a story I would highly recommend!

Charles and Lucinda are married, but not to each other. How does this begin? Charles is late for work one morning. He always takes the same train, but on this fateful day, he's forced to take the next scheduled one. And on THAT train is Lucinda.

It begins innocently. They begin talking to each other, finding they have some things in common. Slowly they find themselves attracted to one another. Where does this lead? To an inevitable conclusion: they decide they are going to do something about what they are feeling.

They are shortly going to regret that decision.

The hotel room is satisfactory. They've got their timing and excuses figured out for their spouses. What could possibly go wrong?

        Vasquez.

As they are leaving the clandestine hotel room, both Charles and Lucinda are attacked and sent back into their room. There, Vasquez beats up Charles and has his way with Lucinda. Repeatedly. When he is finished, he takes their valuables, and identification, with him.

Turning the pages has only just begun. You'll find yourself compelled to keep reading, to find out what's going to happen next. Vasquez isn't done with Charles and Lucinda. Not by a long shot.

I really liked reading this one, and I do want to mention that it reminded me strongly of a story I read a while back by Larry Brooks called Darkness Bound.

I don't rate the books I read, but I know that this one will read more quickly than you want it to and that it'll be well worth your time.

        Loved it!
