page last updated: May 21, 2008 May 21, 2008 Lost Highway Tour Continues Bon Jovi began the latest leg of the Lost Highway Tour with a concert in Abu Dhabi, UAE. More than 17,000 people attended the concert held in the gardens of Emirates Palace where temperatures reached as high as 35C. The Lost Highway tour continues throughout Europe in May and June, before returning to North America for the final leg in July. Richie charged With DUI In March Richie was charged with suspicion of driving under the influence when his car was spotted driving erratically along a California freeway. On April 21 he pled no contest to one count of drunken driving. A second DUI was dropped in a plea agreement with California prosecutors. Richie was fined $390, plus penalties. He will also be placed on three years of informal probation and must attend an alcohol-education course. He also cannot have any measurable amount of drugs or alcohol in his system while driving during his probation. No Grammys for Bon Jovi This Year Though they were nominated for 2 Grammy awards this year, both awards eluded the band.
