Several hundred people gathered at the Art College for today's national Stop the War peace rally. Several speakers addressed the crowd while Food Not Bombs handed out yummy home made peace cookies and sandwiches. The march continued to the US Consulate and then finished at the front of City Hall. The PSNI declined Food Not Bombs cookies/sandwiches and looked on as Eamon McCann spoke to the crowd. Other people chalked peace messages on the footpath in front of City Hall. After some music the crowd dispersed.
