Claire was born in London, England. Her father is English and Her mother is German. They moved to Canada when she was very young so even though she has a British passport she feels as though she is a Canadian. Claire went to school in Toronto and grew up around the High Park area.
Claire worked as a model in her teens.

Claire has done a lot of traveling. Her mother is a flight attendant for Air Canada. Claire especially loved Australia. Claire speak German and spent most of her summers in a town outside of Cologne in Germany ,with her beloved grandmother Kai. Who she named her production company Kai Productions after.
Claire settled down for two years back in London in the 80's and enrolled at London's Central School of Drama. She studied there and did lot's of hanging out.
When her studies were finished she followed her father to California and decided to try her luck in Hollywood. Her father remarried and she now have a brother who surfs check out www. ifuse.com and a sister who is wrestling. Her mother now lives in Vancouver Canada and always comes with her on location. Claire's mother is very proud and has finally learned not to shout across the set to tell her to stand up straight in the middle of a take.

Claire has a dog named Dino. She adopted him from "Pet Orphans" in LA.
Claire loves shopping. Claire says she watches too much TV. She loves HBO, the food channel and going to the movies. Some of her favorite movies are Bladerunner, Lost Highway, Silence of the Lambs, Diva (foreign) and The Professional. Claire's a Virgo and a neat freak.
