Xena: "Gabrielle … stay with me. Stay with me." Eve: "How's Gabrielle?" Xena: "Not good." Eve: "You got her … Augh! … you got her pretty well." Xena: [looking worriedly over at Gabrielle] ... "Yes, I did." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Athena: "All you had to do was distract her. How was she able to stop Gabrielle?" Ares: "How does Xena do anything? She just does." Athena: "Alright, now we have no choice. We launch a full-scale attack." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- [Athena, Artemis, Hades and Demios appear] Athena: "There's no need for you to be hurt as well, Xena. Give us your daughter. It's true you can kill gods, but at four to one, that's not great odds." Xena: "Not for you." [The gods play a tense game of dodge the chakram while throwing a few fireballs at Xena and her girls.] Aphrodite: [leaning over Gabrielle] … "No! I just want to help!" … [zaps herself and Gabrielle into the next room] Xena: [to a very weak Eve] … "Quick! Come on, you gotta get out!" Hades: [blasts a nice sized bolt at Xena, and then approaches a cowering Eve] … "How did you think it would end?" … [Xena sets poor Hades aflame with her handy drinking trick] Xena: [dragging Eve into the next room] … "Aphrodite! Aphrodite, take care of her!" [Buh-bye, Demios] [Ares appears in front of Eve. He raises his sword to kill her, but Xena proves that she has impeccable timing and gives him a small taste of mortality.] -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Xena: [supporting Eve and dragging Gabrielle by the arm out of the burning building] … "Neither of you is going to leave me. Gabrielle, you're the most pure thing in my life … [to Eve] … and you're my great hope. So, I'm not going to let either of you go." Aphrodite: "It's so sad." Xena: "Well, if you care so much, why don't you cure her?" Aphrodite: "Gods can only heal with Athena's blessing. That's not going to happen." Xena: "Then take us to Olympus." Aphrodite: "Why?" Xena: "I want to offer them a deal." Aphrodite: "And you'll kill them if they don't accept?" Xena: "Please, Gabrielle doesn't have much time." Aphrodite: "Alright, I'll take you to Olympus."
