Like Maron, he is a helper of God. He is Kaitou Sinbad and his little angel, purple haired, pancake loving friend is Access Time.
His mother died when he was five years old and his strangely young father goes around remarrying and divorcing his way through wives before Chiaki and him are reunited with the help of Maron. Blah d blah, then decided to fall in love with Maron ( OH, wasn't expecting that!) -sarcasm- hehe
