i've been working a lot on archie archbanger, and i'll be starting on the episodes (as opposed to the prologues) within the next couple days. i can honestly say i'm having a lot of fun with the "archie" project, and i hope everyone that reads it enjoys it as much as i've enjoyed writing it. on another note, i'll be starting to add more to the site (poetry, quotes, lyrics, ponderings, links) very shortly. poetry, mainly because it was requested by dear friend and bandmate nick in my guestbook. on a personal note, i've been searching for a job but to no avail so far. i should start turning in these applications. i'll keep you posted about that in the future.

archie archbanger's adventures in the underworld
7-26-2002

please welcome the newest addition to the dizave site: archie archbanger's adventures in the underworld! there's a link to it in the navigation bar titled "archie archbanger." archie is the story of a young boy who is exiled into eternal damnation in the underworld. it's his job (with the help of god and the fabulous five) to escape satan's grasp and return to santa fe, new mexico. doing so will destroy all the evil rampaging through santa fe, thus saving the world. so far there's only an introduction and a cast of characters, but if you're interested you should definitely give 'em a look-see.

i seem to have made a new friend. i recently recieved an anonymous email from this person and all they had to say were nice things. by "nice," i mean "mean and nasty." if you're interested, read "number one fan" on the navigation bar to the right.

what is orion's buckle?
7-20-2002

orion's buckle is a band including myself (guitar and vocals), guitarist nick, drummer robert, and pending bassist jared. today, nick and i spend about six hours in a studios going over riff after riff. i can proudly say that we have almost perfected a total of about four songs ("goodbye," "migraine," "what it's worth," and "night-owl"). we've also been working on new songs such as "liar" and "crown of thorns." once we were finished at this studio and we were packing up, a man came in and complimented us on how well we were playing. nick went out to take some equipment back to his car and the guy told me that they (the people working at the studio) were interested in recording us sometime in august. i told him i'd have to talk to the other guys about it and that i'd ask for him the next time were were practicing there. so i'm finding this highly exciting, considering orion's buckle (name subject to change) has been together for less that two weeks. two weeks and were looking at recording sometime next month. how freaking awesome is that? quite. quite awesome, indeed. so, yeah. until next time, farewell.

images/poetry
7-15-2002

i've added quite a few new pictures of myself, located in the images section. i've also added a new poem i wrote called 'charlie.' charlie tells the story of a little gay boy who is murdered, and then the pain the murderer has to go through as a result of the homocide. there's a moral of the story, being something along the lines of 'don't bash gays.' you may like it. homophobes and homophobephobes alike. i try to put something in there for everyone. it's a cute poem, too. i think you may like it.

dream theatre
7-13-2002

i'm thinking i'll add a whole new section to the site. this section will be entitled 'dream theatre' and will be available on the navigation bar to the right as soon as i've created it. here i will keep a log (a diary, persay) of my dreams. under each dream i may add an analyzation to it, or just thoughts about the dream. i think this will be interesting to myself and fun to update, as well as it may be rather entertaining to some people, considering some of the dreams i have. so keep a lookout for this new section: dream theatre.

are you having fun yet?
7-09-2002

i've been working on the site now quite a bit. i'm putting at least a couple hours in on it every day. as you may have noticed, there are no longer any red x's on the site. they've all been replaced with an image of some sort or another. i've also added the 'ramblings' section of the site, which contains poetry, lyrics, essays, and so on and so forth that i've written. i've got the guestbook up now, as a few of you have noticed, as well as the two old guestbook archives from the old dizave site (v1.0). i'm hoping each and every one of you takes the minute and a half that it takes to sign my guestbook, because i'm really interested in hearing your input on the site or whatnot. just let me know you dropped by. i'd like to know the people i'm attracting to this corner of the world wide web. i've also added four images of myself to the page. still under construction: pictures i've taken, pictures of friends, poetry, essays, links, and link me. it shouldn't be long before i start adding things to these pages. without further ado, i'll leave you to explore the rest of the site. have fun.

brand-new dizave site.
7-06-2002

welcome one and welcome all. the dizave site has just undergone one hell of a renovation. i hope you guys like this new layout as much as i do. i must say, i'm quite proud of it. no big news here, except...yeah, i guess i just said it. you may notice that none of the pictures are working. that's because those little red x's are simply placeholders for future images. they should be around shortly. look at that...i falsely copyrighted my page. only now am i second-guessing the layout of the brandon's day page and seriously considering changing it to closely resemble this one. let me know what you think.
