Drum shells used are mainly from the Ivory Coast. Some drums are also provided by friends at African Maraba who have them made and imported from Ghana.

Drums from Ghana have this great looking double loop roping system.

They have all been mounted with Australian skins. (Any imported drum skin will have been treated with gamma radiation by Australian Customs, which makes them less supple and more prone to split.)

drums are available in a wide range of sizes from a baby 6" bookshelf ornament up to a big 15" player's instrument.
