Welcome to my home page. I run a full-time Disc Jockey, Sound & Lighting Service. I am based in the City of Oshawa, just 30 km east of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I travel all over the southern Ontario area for gigs. I have been in the music industry since 1974. I started out as a guitarist in the early seventies(teenie bopper yrs), then became a roadie for bands. In 1978 I landed my first lighting tech job with a band called the "Madcats" (featuring Grant Fullerton) out of the Toronto area. I went on the road with them for 2 years and ended up meeting a lot of new bands. That brought me more lighting gigs. At the end of 1979 I was offered a job at "The Harbourfront Rollerworks Roller Rink" on the lake front of downtown Toronto. That was my first public appearance as a disc jockey. My job there was a bit of everything from DJing to Management. After a year and a half I was transferred to the new opening of a roller rink at the Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls, Canada. That lasted for awhile until it was time to open up my own Disc Jockey Service and move back to Oshawa.

In 1982 I went to George Brown College to take a "Mobile Disc Jockey" course for one term. I then was ready for the big time as a full time DJ. Since then until the present, I have DJed over 200 Weddings, 1,000 Schools, 500 Banquets and DJing in between Bands at concerts. Back in the early 80's I was even working at a local radio station as the FM Operator (CKQT - Oshawa). I also have played in over 100 different Night Clubs/Bars between Niagara Falls - Toronto - Oshawa.

There are times in the past 30 years that I still work with Bands as either a Sound or Lighting Tech and general roadie. Here is a partial list of some of these bands:-

One Wild Night - Bon Jovi Tribute Band, Madcats, Pavlo (classical guitarist), Shaun & David Cassidy, The Stampeders, Wednesday, April Wine, Rush, Triumph, The Kings, Felony, Bond, Fable Manor, The Partland Brothers, Goddo, Saga, Streetheart, Kenny Rogers, Heart, Liona Boyd, Molly Hatchet, A Foot In Cold Water, Max Webster, Teenage Head, Wireless, Molly Johnson, Toronto Senior Strings, D.J. Hopson, etc...

Sign my guest book and let me know a little about youself. Kinda nice to see who drops by.

NEXT CONCERT/S - Nickelback (cancelled because of storm and wouldn't re book another date for some stupid reason) at the Molson Amp August 2009.

A special SHOUT out to all the WoW Guild members!!! Thanx for signing up to a great rockin' guild. World of Warcraft is a very fun... addicting game. Def Leppard Guild members can access the link below (WOW photo) to checkout the forums & game contest info.

Upcomming Gigs
Thursday nights are spent gigging at the Whitehouse Hotel Bar. The summer of 2007 I DJed at a Wedding gig in Toronto that was filmed for the TV hit show "Rich Bride, Poor Bride". The show was broadcast on June 12 2008 at 8pm on the "Slice" channel. If you are seeking a Disc Jockey, Sound or Lighting tech for any event, (Weddings, Banquets, Theatre Productions, Concerts, Bands, Schools, Back Yard Parties etc)... please contact me.
For pc games, I enjoy playing:- "WoW" World of Warcraft, Rollercoaster Tycoon 3, The West, The Sims 2 and Age Of Empires 2 and 3. On my days off I either visit the local flee market, roller skate or stay home and watch a good dvd movie. My fav drinks are Rockstar & Pepsi. Fav food would have to be pasta & Pizza Pizza.
