First of all, the song Here And Now sung on the video is different to the album version we all know so well (pun intended). This version is actually called (I think) the Single Remix Version, which is much better than the Album Version. It is slightly quicker and has a slightly different middle bit, however the track lenght is the same as the album version at 3:45. The video is very colourful and unlike anything STEPS have ever done before. The song is more along the lines of It's The Way you Make Me Feel with its' more European sound got from the different writers on Buzz. The song is all about wanting to be with somebody and you'll do anything to be with that other person. The video theme is in a maze which represents love and love's many different parts. The centre of the maze represents the heart and what the video is about is travelling through the many paths of love (maze) until you reach the heart (centre of maze). Basically, you are trying to find someones' heart ('so give me a chance to win your heart'). In the centre of the maze STEPS perform their new dance routine in a huge flower which at the end of the song folds up over them all and finally time travel path comes into play and STEPS end up finishing the video in a UFO! Here And Now is STEPS 16th video, and probably the best. I like the flower bits that come out when STEPS tough the maze walls.
P.S. There is a bit in the Single Remix Version which I'm sure is taken from the Andy & The Lamboy Mastermix of Ti Amo by Gina G (the sort of machine gun sound which you can hear after Claire has sung the first biyt of the middle [just after she goes 'here and now' and everything goes silent for a second or two. It is then when the noise is heard]) - If you've got Ti Amo CD2 by Gina G you'll have heard it
