Shamballa is a major center of energy held ready for creative power. It is the major point of tension on the planet. Shamballa is the major receptive agent upon the planet from the angle of solar inflow, but at the same time it is the main distributing point of energy. Shamballa is the head center of our planetary life. (Energy from Sirius does not normally enter our planet via Shamballa). DN2 519+

The position of the Master at the center of the group has no relation to that of a teacher at the center of the group of learners. He has not gathered them together in order to teach them or to prepare them for initiation. (Disciples prepare themselves through discipline, meditation and service.) A Master of an Ashram may attract other Masters of equal rank. I have five Masters working with me in my ashram. The most important capacity of a Master is his right to communicate with the Council at Shamballa. He is not called Master, but the Custodian of the Plan. DN2 103+

Sirius, the star of Sensitivity, governs the Hierarchy.

Hercules, the Sun-God - 1st ray soul, 2nd ray personality, 6th ray astral body.
The Buddha - 2nd ray soul, 1st ray personality, 6th ray mind.
The Christ - 2nd ray soul, 6th ray personality, 1st ray mind.
Hercules has gone over to Shamballa, but still works with the Buddha. The Buddha and the Christ are still closely connected with the Hierarchy. DON 38+
