Greetings from Russell's Remnant: www.oocities.org/dkone_us
Dr. Russell Whitesell sometimes recommended that a student of his visit with Sai Baba in India, who has been one of the Teachers to the Christ. For other disciples, he would recommend the reading of books by Sai Baba. He is a very advanced being on the planet. One of the disciples of Sai Baba is Mantak Chia, a Master of Taoism. Mantak Chia has been accumulating and writing about many of the ancient Taoist healing techniques. One of those techniques is called “The Six Healing Sounds.” This technique is taken from his book, Taoist Ways to Transform Stress into Vitality – pp. 65-106. The following is a synthesis of the technique to transform that stress. Should anyone want to read the complete instructions for “The Six Healing Sounds” or “The Inner Smile” this book describes them in detail. Best wishes in using this Taoist healing exercise.
