Taken using an Auto Extension Tube. An extension tube is a "hollow" attachment that goes between the lens and the camera that increases the focal length of the lens and decreases the distance of the focusing range. An extension tube makes Macro (close-up) photography much easier. |

Ok, so it isn't a close up photograph......This picture was taken in Stockton, Kansas with the Canon AE-1Program and a 50mm Lens. |

This is one of the first flower photos taken with my Nikon N80 camera. The scanner made these appear a little "bluer" than they really are. The color is actually a little more purple. This was taken with the 28-80mm Zoom lens. |

These two photographs were intentionally underexposed to improve color saturation. All cameras that have a built in meter are set to expose for a "standard" color...a "standard" amount of light. Situations that have different amounts of light, or that have certain colors....or that you want to increase saturation have to be intentionally over or under exposed. |
