Welcome to the Second doctors page of pieces of little known information about the doctor(such as the fact that whoever made the Five doctors made a mistake in the Second doctors storyline) One of the main changes in the personality of the doctor at this point is the fact that the first doctor was bad-tempered but could accept being the brunt of a joke whereas the second doctor was cheerful and playful but couldn't accept being the brunt of a joke such as the one Jamie made when Zoe first joined the crew. "Could you try to have a gentle landing? We don't want to scare her on her first day now do we?"
"A GENTLE LANDING! A GENTLE LANDING-WELL I NEVER" I do apologise if that quote is somewhat inaccurate but I haven't seen that story in quite sometime and only remember the main gist of the joke. Something else I have always liked about Number Two was his recorder playing. My personal favorite quirk was his total disregard for the rules (I know that was a personality trait of all the doctors but I am running out of things to say about Number Two). Number Two's companions included Jamie,Zoe and the Brigadier was first introduced (Jamie was always one of my favourite companions). One of the things I liked about Jamie was his total cluelessness about everything. The mistake in the Second Doctor's storyline during The Five Doctors that I pointed out before was in the Tomb Of Rassilon when him and the Brigadier faced the Jamie and Zoe "phantoms" the second doctor knew that their memories had been erased on Gallifrey so that is how he knew they were "phantoms" but as far as I know the second doctor was forced to regenerate at the same time so he would not know about Jamie and Zoe having their memories erased (unless if the Third "Fancy Pants" Doctor had told him in The Three Doctors) .I doubt this would be a very likely scenario though because "Fancy Pants" and "Scarecrow" (Number Two) absolutely hated each other though and I can't see them reminiscing about "old friends/companions". I already said how this doctor dies/regenerates (whichever term you prefer) but he didn't have an excuse for being able to pilot the TARDIS as he seemed to think he could pilot her "9 times out of 10" (from "The Krotons")
