Welcome to the page about my personal favourite doctor-Tom Baker. The Fourth doctor was played by a great actor who was amazing at showing different emotions. When he was angry or knew someone was up to something you knew it and his smile always showed a certain level of cheeky delight (and that's not the only "light" the bright thing showed). Tom Bakers famous scarf changed colour and size on many occasions but if you use my link(s) to www.oocities.org/Area51/Zone/3746/Scarf They have more information on it's history . His slightly less famous flowing coat also changed colour once or twice but I don't know where you can find anything out about it(or why you would want to) but if you do just email me! and I'll have a look around for you. The Fourth doctor had many companions including Sarah-Jane Smith, two of Romanadvatrelundar's incarnation's(I hope-but doubt that is how her name is spelled),Tegan Brown (only for the "Logopolis" story)Nyssa, Leela, K-9(hey he was a companion too) and the Alzarian Adric. His excuse for being unable to pilot TARDIS (after they found the Key of Time) was the Randomizer although he did actually override it once or twice (but the TARDIS still didn't go where/when she was meant to). One perfect example of this is in The Five Doctors when the doctor and Romana's second incarnation (out of the two we see-she could be her 6th incarnation for all I know) were in the gondola talking about the seasons and Romana thought it was spring because they were meant to be in the middle of May week
"It's nearly October"
"But I thought we were coming here for May week"
"So we were-mind you May week's in June"
"I'm confused"
"So was the TARDIS"
The Fourth Doctor was the only one to actually meet his future self before he regenerated and they actually talked to each other like old friends. The Fourth Doctor regenerated at the end of the "Logopolis" story when he fell off of the satellite dish after stopping the master from closing the C.V.E (Charged Vaccuum Emboitement) which was (like the fifth doctor said) the end of that and certainly the beginning of something (and someone ) completely different.
