This easy-to-read modern tablature should be completely faithful to Francois Campion's original tablature. Let me know of any errors you find. Donald Sauter.

Short ID: FC29.
Title: Gigue.
Composer: Francois Campion.
Source: Nouvelles decouvertes sur la Guitarre.
           Page 17.
Date: 1705.
Facsimile: Minkoff (1977), page 38.

Tuning: Bb D G C F (tuning 1).
Time sig: 6/8.

Fixes and modifications (M=measure r=rhythm s=string):
M5r4 original showed no rhythm symbol, implying 8th. 4er symbol added here.
M11r2 original showed 4er. Changed to 8th here.
M20 original rhythm symbol placed above the staff, indicating no strum.
Changed to strum here. Strangely, microfilm seems to show "no strum" dot
on s2 which is not seen in Minkoff facsimile.

Tablature elements to be added by hand:
Slurs. If only a starting point is given, slur includes all the following
uninterrupted notes on the same string.
    M1r2-3s1.
    M2 r1s1, r4s2.
    M3 r4-5s1.
    M4 r3-4s5.
    M5 r1s1.
    M6 r1s5, r4-5s1.
    M7 r1-2s1.
    M10 r2s2.
    M11 r3-4s2.
    M12 r1s2, r4s2.
    M13 r3-4s1.
    M14 r2-3s2.
    M15 r3-4s2.
    M16 r3-5s4.
    M17 r2s4, r4-5s1.
    M18 r3s1.
    M19 r1s2, r5-6s3.

Strums: Arrowheads ^ and v indicate strums. Open strings in strummed chords
were not shown in the tablature; add as many open strings as sound good.
Take a moment to re-draw the ^ arrowhead right at the top of the associated
stem, just under the beam if a beam is present.

Explanation of symbols:
" = trill (starting on upper neighbor).
, = mordent. There are none in this piece.
. = do not strum this string in the chord.

Octave doublings: To keep certain musical lines intact on the modern guitar,
consider adding or substituting the next octave up. For example, see:
  m5r5 and m6r1,r6.

Leading measures in Campion's original tablature:
  1 5 11 16. Last measure is 20.
