J!-Ent Drama Database
This is a superb site!! It's an incredible resource for j-dramas, and includes some really old (and obscure) ones as well as the latest ones airing in Japan right now. Most dramas are come with a short story outline, cast details and a rating.
Directory of Japanese Synopsis
This site lists out a pretty comprehensive assortment of j-drama synopsis links and is a great navigational tool if there's a particular drama you're looking for.
CJ Morikai's Japanese Dorama Page
This is a great site for episode synopses. It's got a great collection of popular j-dramas such as Beautiful Life as well as classics like Love Generation, Koori no Sekai and Imouto yo.
AnneAkemi's Drama Site
AnneAkemi's site has some pretty detailed summaries of popular j-dramas. Also related drama information, recommendations...even a nice page about TV mags.
J-Walk
This is a new site on J-pop and J-drama (so the info's very up-to-date), It offers an amazing selection of mpeg songs for many popular j-dramas.
Chip's Dorama no Sekai
Chip has the full synopsis for "Overtime" here and some other drama info.

A really comprehensive collection of dramas, with a similar set-up to the J!Ent website, and a nice actor-drama interface. VERY up-to-date!
Pandorama
This site has a nicely set-up voting booth arrangement for a pretty comprehensive collection of dramas. It also has viewer's comments on a wide range of popular dramas.
