WE WOULD LIKE TO MENTION HOW WE FIRST MET
We are most appreciative to God for allowing us to meet that fateful day. A normal evening, one in which one does not expect to meet your soul mate, was the day of our first encounter.
Both of were invited to a party at the house of good friends. Neither of us was aware that our soul mate was near, until that magnificent moment when one of our mutual friends introduced us.
From that marvelous day of our encounter, our souls, hearts and minds have never separated. We were constantly in contact. For months after that evening, we spoke and shared everyday. The result of that time resulted in the conversion of that precious friendship to what it is today...simply love.
In those months when we were friends, there was a special unforgettable week. The week before the 30th of April, amongst beautiful details filled with flowers, romantic words, and perfect places created by our Lord, we began to understand that we were falling in love.
All of those days, but especially the 30th of April were responsible for our souls beginning to discover that that lovely friendship was transforming into love.
Due to fate we were separated for a few months. In that long and what appeared never-ending time our love grew stronger, so strong that the distance obligated our hearts to encounter once again never to separate.
Thanks to modern technology we were able to continue our romance. We spoke by telephone about once a week in the beginning, but after a month we began to communicate practically every day. It was obvious at that point that our hearts longed to be together, although our souls were constantly together through our love.
In those days no more marvelous than the actual, we decided to reveal to our most loved and respected our decision to share our minds and souls for the rest of our lives. For this reason we went in front of the altar of our Lord for his blessing as we had received that or our parents.
