That's right, Britney Spears has been banned from the Kid's Choice Awards.  Sure, they still nominate her, but under no circumstances will she EVER be allowed to win!  She will not be permitted to perform, present, or even make an apperance.  Nickelodean, as well as many worried parents, are afraid there will be a repeat of what happened at the '99 Kid's Choice Awards.  If you remember, the outfit she wore to rehersal was fine but then she wore something totally different for her performance.  Not to fear, it won't happen again.
