Before and after pics.

Before and after the boob job-that is.  They may take a minute to load-bear with me, it's worth it.

Notice how small her breasts are in these pics. and compare to the After pics. below.  Another thing thet crosses my mind is that in all these pics she is all smiles, but in the after pics she hardly ever even shows her teeth.  Unless it's accidental.
