Ok, we all know the story.  Young Brittney Spears goes into the hospital for what the public is suposed to believe to be knee surgery.  When she comes out of the hospital, however, there is something terribly different.  Sure, she has a brace on her knee, but there are a couple of other things that have been-shall we say-"enhanced" ?  That's right, her breasts are signifigently larger.  Although "Brit-Brit" brushes the sudden enlargement as simply a "growth spurt".  If anyone seriously believes that Brittney went through a "growth spurt", please  email me.
 

Notice how small her breasts are in these pics. and compare to the After pics. below.

Now notice how much larger they are and how much more distastefully she dresses. Am I the only one who noticed a bit of difference?  If you can't see that her breasts are considerably larger in the last group of pics, there's something wrong w/ you!!!!
