important datesPlease members, support the time trials and tent races. It is not worth while putting up a tent and at the most four members making use of it. It is so easy to complain if there is no tent but if there is one, it is not utilised.
ALSO, THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS THAT WILL BE AT THE CLUBHOUSE MUST FEEL THAT THEY DON'T WASTE THEIR TIME.
Championship

Championship and Points Challenge Races

As was the case in the past, we have various championship races during the year. We have again attempted to alternate such races in Pretoria (Saturdays) and Johannesburg (Sundays) and spread them throughout the year to give every member an opportunity to compete. The following championship categories are applicable:
  • Championship races over 10/15km (this year will be 10km), 21km, 42km. In respect of these three categories trophies are awarded to the first male and female member in each age category.
  • Two Oceans, Om die Dam, and Comrades - Trophies awarded to first male and female member across finish line
Rules:
  • Members qualify for trophy in respect of the age category entered and the open category
  • Membership fees must be fully paid up
  • Age categories as determined by ASA and the provinces involved will apply
