| Beef and Cheese Bread |
| 1 loaf french bread 1 1/2 lbs. beef 1 tsp.garlic powder 1 onion finely chopped 1 small tub of sour cream 1 green pepper diced (optional) 1 tomato diced (optional) Shredded cheese |
| 1. Preheat oven 375. 2. Cut french bread in half. Place both pieces face up in casserole dish. 3. Brown beef, onion, and green pepper, drain. 4. Mix sour cream in beef creation , then pour evenly over bread. 5. Top with tomatos and shredded cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes or until the cheese is melted. 6.
