1 lb. good quality ham
1 lb. cotto salami
1 lb. hard salami
1 lb. provolone cheese


1 loaf round muffalatta bread, slice in three horizonal pieces.


Olive Salad:
1 jar green olives with pimento, drained and chopped
1 small can sliced black olives
1/4 c. chopped red or videlea onion
1 tsp. chopped garlic
dash of oregano
black pepper to taste


Marinate overnight or atleast 2 hours.


1. Layer meats, cheese and olive salad on the muffalatta bread.


2. Wrap in foil.  Bake for 30-45 minutes at 375 degrees.
