Pitas are a quick and easy solution for great lunches, dinners and snacks.


Pita Bread (Flavors vary)


1. Sundried tomatos
bean sprouts
cooked cold chicken breast


Mix ingredients with 1 tsp. horseradish mayonaisse.


2. Sliced and peeled cucumber
shredded baby swiss
sliced red onions


Mix ingredients with 1 tbsp. sour cream and fresh snipped dill weed.


3. Crumbled bacon
sauteed mushrooms with thyme
fresh spinach leaves
shredded parmesean cheese


Mix ingredients with 1 tsp. Italian Dressing.


4. Sliced roast beef
red onions
green pepper strips


Mix ingredients with dijon style mustard.


5. Cold Cooked Shrimp
Chilled shredded iceburg lettuce
diced fresh tomatos


Mix ingredients with remoulade sauce.


6. Avocado slices
Lump Crab Meat, Chilled
thin slices of celery


Sprinkle with tabasco sauce.


7. Sliced BBQ chicken
lettuce leaves
Fresh chopped parsley
fresh bean sprouts


8. Sauteed Mushrooms and thyme
Sharp white American Cheese
cooked and drained spinach


Stuff pita with all ingredients.  Bake at 350 degrees until the cheese is melted.
