Pizza Burgers
1 lb. ground round (divided into 8 equal balls)
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. chopped and seeded tomatoes
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. feta cheese
black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1 crushed clove of garlic
1. Mix ground round, ground pork, garlic, pepper, basil and oregano.  Divide into 8 equal balls.  Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.


2. Flatten 4 of the meat balls.  Top with equal amounts of tomato, mushrooms and feta cheese.


3.  Flatten 4 remaining balls on top of the filled patties.  Pinch all sides to seal.


4.  Broil burgers for 15 minutes, turning once in between.


Serve on crusty warmed French Bread.  Makes 4 Pizza Burgers.
