Rules Continued
EVENTS:
ALL EVENTS, INCLUDING RANDOM TRIVIA GIVEAWAYS, MUST BE APPROVED BY MINAVAMP
DOTN EVENTS WILL NEVER BE TICKET SALE
EVENTS OR HAVE AN ENTRY FEE. THIS IS AGAINST THE RULES OF NEOPETS!
You must be a knight or above to participate in most guild events.
-- Do NOT ask for any special treatment from people running the events, such as tips, hints, neomails of when it begins or anything else that would give you an unfair advantage over other members.
-- Nobody will say anything negative about an event being held. If you post comments of a negative nature you will be suspended from all events for 2 weeks. If you have a negative comment just don't join the event if you don't agree with the rules. Neomail any concerns about any event to minavamp.
NEW EVENTS
-- When asking for a event to be approved you need to neomail minavamp with the following information:
-- The complete rules of the event.
-- How and when the event will run.
-- Any other info you feel you need to tell.
**If you want to run an event, be prepared to be able to maintain/display event info on a pet page or, in some cases, on the guild web site. If you don't know enough HTML to do this, check out Neo's HTML guide here. It will be up to you to learn enough HTML to maintain your page!**
-- You may NOT change the rules once the event has started. Once you submit the rules to me that is what you will go by.
-- All events are to be held within the guild only. NO outside participation.
GUILD SHOPS
-- You must ask permission to start a guild shop. Please don't neomail
me asking what shops do we have open. Just check the
shops page please. If you fit qualifications and would like to run a guild shop, neomail minavamp and ask for permission.
--
You must be at least a Knight and have been in the guild for at least 3 months to have a guild shop. To get promoted from Gremlin to Knight, neomail rickimiller with how you found the guild.
--
OFFICIAL GUILD SHOPS will be stocked with at least 30 related shop items. In addition you can have an additional 10 nonrelated items plus 5 junk items for donations. Random visits will be done and if not stocked you will recieve a warning to get it stocked within 3 days. If you fail to do so, you will receive another warning. If you don't get your shop stocked to minimum requirements within the week, your standing as an official guild shop may be given away to the next member who wants to run a shop.
*** If you will be on an extended absence, please neomail minavamp to let her know for how long and why.
(Nothing too personal)
--ALL items must be priced within 25% of the average lowest price on the shop wizard. (This doesn't include your nonrelated items. But please keep in mind that guild members look to official guild shops for reasonable prices.) Overpriced items such as tombola items and omelettes are OK to be overpriced for donation purposes. Price fluctuations can make your prices go past 25% of the wizard, and this is understandable, but please check them often, with every stocking if possible. Items
that are worth under 1,000np do not apply to the percentage rule, but highest they can be priced is 1,000np.
--There are no longer any official shop dues.
-- If you get approved to run a shop and this is your first shop, then you may use the message boards to ask for donations for one week. After that it is up to you to keep it filled.
--Donating to guild shops: You can check out the guild shop page or the front page of the guild to see who runs which guild shop. But items/nps donated to guild shops do not count toward totals on the donation pages of the guild web site. Only nps donated to dotn_guild_account will be tracked.
--If you want to change your shop, you must notify minavamp first. You can only do this once within a six-month period. This will keep people from trying to change shops monthly.
THESE RULES MAY CHANGE AT ANY TIME. MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THEM AND FOLLOW THEM OR YOU COULD BE BANNED FROM THE GUILD. If you do not like the
rules of this guild you are free to leave at any time.
